It's just a brief window of time we have while the Albero's people are doing some regrouping. He's left the city for a few days and they're unlikely to do anything unless he's here... I believe he's in Vegas at this time with some of his people because they know I was there on Halloween night, but in two days he has a return ticket to Locke City and I really... really assume he'll start setting something unpleasant in motion.

It's speculation, but my speculation is better than a lot of people's educated guesses.
