Ariel was struggling thanks to the cut to her side. she did her best to ignore it while finally yanking her dagger free, just in time for another of Isabela's daggers to plunge into an oncoming attacker. Although injured, he wasn't dead and with a sort of cold lethality, she finished him off, stabbing him in the neck.

The one she had stabbed originally was not dead however a she'd managed to miss the heart. As she was distracted, it left her back open and the injured mafia grunt lunged up knife in hand, ready to stab her from behind.
