It had been a blur, the memory and events that had triggered it. Remembering more details than bloody claws and fangs, their snarling voices and the body falling, was simply asking too much. The lack of skepticism helped, as Anthony was already bracing against it, shoulders stiff and tense in expectation. Why would L believe him, after all? No one else had, hell he didn't even believe himself most of the time.
