Celia's reaction to Eugen's outburst is one of surprise; it was very rare that the level-headed engineer ever exploded at anyone like this.

Least of all, at herself.

She presses her lips together pensively, then mentally deliberates what to say. She had been honest about the purple hair. Somehow it suited him, even more than his brown locks did now.

It's only when he mentions that she has purple hair as well that she's pulled from her reverie.

Wide-eyed, she reaches out to touch her own hair at Eugen's declaration. "Purple?" she repeats. She frowns thoughtfully, taking the time to imagine what she might look with purple hair herself.

After a moment, her expression relaxes, and her lips tug into a slight smile. "I'm sure it looked nice on me," she decides. "Though... it might make job hunting rather difficult."

Unless, of course, purple was a common hair color where they came from.

"Yes," she says, "I've seen it. I've read the FAQ as well." It was surprisingly well-put together.

Celia takes another bite of her cookie.

"Eugen," she begins. "Exactly how long have you known you were one of them?"
