[ Now that she's no longer an alleged terrorist, Octavia is back home. Therefore today's post is coming from atop her loot pile, once more taking pride of place in her basement.
She doesn't look like someone who's happy to be home. She looks like someone who hasn't been sleeping well and is trying to cover up how horrible she's feeling by acting like her usual obnoxious self. ]
I know everybody is going to be all about that whole pink light in Vegas thing, but I don't care. There's more important stuff to talk about right now! Like the sweet birthday party that is being thrown for Alan this Friday. If you know him and are willing to buy him a sweet birthday present, you are totally invited! It's going to be hells of awesome.
[ She switches to text briefly to attach the address for Alan's house, a list of Tavia-approved suggestions for gifts (mostly Batterman-themed) and a note that the party starts at eight and ends "IDK WHENEVER." Then it's back to video. ]
Annnnnnnnd I meant to show this off forever ago but I kind of forgot. What with that whole thing where there was a thing with an alien and a giant fucking snake and then I got cleared of my terrorism charges and also one of my best friends got brutally murdered. Kind of slipped my mind.
[ She turns her laptop around, pointing the camera at a weird machine set up nearby. ]
It's an alchemiter! Which is used to make cool stuff, but you need a bunch of other dumb machines I don't have. So if any of my beloved soulbonds got similar stuff, we should pool our resources! And also find somewhere communal to put this so everybody can use it and junk. Because I am all about the sharing.
