Where: The very posh Sutherland residence.
What: SLEEPOVER. GIRLS RULE, BOYS DROOL.
Why: Post Snakeocalypse dose of fun and normalcy. Kinda.

[ Early evening at the Sutherland household, which was, thankfully, still standing in the wake of Wise Snake. Along with an entire straight block of Starbucks establishments. Weird, right? Either way, a few days prior, after resting up, checking that no one had gotten permanently mauled, and being fairly certain the FBI wasn't going to kick down her door, Harper mass texted her teammates et al. with a simple enough offer.

Sleepover at her place, Saturday night. Food provided. Bring-your-own movies and sleep gear. Time, address, floor number. Tada.

Besides, after Sunday, they deserved a little r&r, didn't they? She was lucky enough to have space, time (school? not this week, oh no), and if there's anything Harper dislikes, it's being idle. So it seemed like the perfect chance to do something productive.

A little before the arrival time, she starts on the finishing touches... ]

Er. He turned into a sixty foot giant full of rage and punching that took offense when I got scared and shot it in the face with a laser.

[ GIRL HARPER WAS ABOUT TO GO PUT A MAGICAL HEEL THROUGH SOME DUDE'S THROAT JUST NOW. But okay, that was... not better, but made more sense. She goes to the opposite end of the room to drag a chair back over to the middle. ]

Oh, the... naked giant. Right?

[ Give it a minute. ]

[Marisa sat and shook her head, clearing out memories of being SURE she was about to get smooshed to goo.]

Sleepover. Sleepovers are better. What's on the agenda for tonight?

[ That's messed up. Harper gestures to try and help wave the memory away. ]

Normal sleepover stuff. Movies, too much food, embarrassing games, that sort of thing. I wish I could make pulses off limits, but I don't exactly have a say.

[ She shrugs. Look at those... eager faces. ]

They, umm. Help me transform. And shoot magical energy at things. They're really quite helpful around the house, though...

[ Harper rolls her eyes. ]

But I'm the strongest Fairy Tone! I can carry a WHOLE plate! A full one! No, a plate AND a drink!

I'm sorry, I think the title of strongest fairy has already been claimed. You can be the strongest fairy in Locke City, though.

Okay, you! [ Harper waves, ushering Fary off. ] Go be the strongest fairy by the drinks!

[ A beat. ]

Did you actually echo off of that?

Yup. Remembered a little ice fairy named Cirno. She was...certainly strong for a fairy.
