Oh, right. Asking. Everything was moving at such a fast pace that Danny's mind had sped up to match, and completely skipped over the idea of just asking.

"Right--yeah, I can do that! Uh, I'll be right back." He takes a few seconds to scan the room and figure out where Proud even is now. Once Danny sees him, though, he turns intangible and runs in a straight path towards him. He only becomes solid again when he's a few feet away from him--he could've gotten closer but at the last second he remembers that having someone pop into existence right next to you is a pretty bizarre experience.

(Then again, so is getting attacked by a horde of stone snakes.)

"Mr. Proud! We need to get you out of this house, before they all explode! You can help us lead them away."
