Between Rachel's black magic and Luci's white snare, the movement of the snake statue is, indeed, restricted. Thin lines begin to crack where Ez's energy attack passed through it, as well as where Rachel's black shadows had initially hit it -- though perhaps some may be difficult to see if the black magic is still ensnaring it.
