Hajime didn't seem as though he was going to let her get by him, and he tried instead to grab her as she tried to run by. He didn't know what he was going to do once he had her, but he sure would have liked to have things at least slightly under control again.

If she made it past the bugman's lunging grab, it would take him a couple of moments to get his big bulky bug self turned around in the right direction. He hoped it wouldn't come to that.
