[The first few lines of the post are written in an angular, almost harsh-looking script, then it transitions back to English.]

And now I have a new language to read and write in. It came to me, as clear as day. I could probably rewrite Shakespeare with this, if I actually felt so inclined.

Curious.

Sounds as if there's a trend.

I'm not familiar with that script. What is it?

Looks like something out of a sci fi movie!

[[and now he's going to doodle a random planet with a flying saucer orbiting it. Because any time someone's handwriting anything is a time to doodle on their paper.]]

Hm. Interesting. Regained any memories of supernatural creatures? Elves, fairies, things like that.

You have any idea what it sounds like when it's spoken?

[Not like he's trying to figure out what his own newly-learned language is or anything...]

... that's

really disturbingly familiar. This is so frustrating, I feel like I should be able to read this but I can't?

[ What is this, a code? Kallie's staring at the weird words long before English makes an appearance, although by then--

-- Suddenly, there's a surface in front of her- an inscription etched into the metal of something, though the letters are unfamiliar and before Kallie can parse what it is she's looking at... it's gone. Like the memory of a dream past the point of waking, she can't figure out what she was seeing in whole even as the odd words remain clear and frustratingly undecipherable. She feels like she should be able to read them, but can't.

It'll only be later when she tries to write it down that she realizes she's learned something else new in tandem. For now, she only reacts with the first thing that comes to mind. ]

How did you come about that?
