So I just kind of randomly found a weird statue this morning. This is definitely not my uncle's so it's probably mine. It looks like some kind of... demon thing? I don't know. It's weird. I'm pretty sure past-me owned it though. I feel like I was researching this, and something seems off about it for some reason.

[He takes the statue out of his backpack and lays it on the table a bit gingerly, removing some wrap that he'd applied for the trip down.]

I'm not entirely sure. It's a statue, sort of like that. Only it's black, and doesn't have the wings.

It's hard to say. I feel like I remember this being an unusual piece, but I don't remember why. Like something about it is different, not how it should be.
