Have you ever wondered what it's like to have Christmas without a real family or serious friends?

Here's the short description: It sucks. If I'm lucky, the foster parents will give me something with a snarky message about getting in less trouble at school attached. If I'm really lucky it will actually be something some teens might want and won't be an ugly sweater or some crap.

On the other hand, I guess I have some things to be thankful for. I'm not a fugitive, I'm still human or at least I look the part, and I'm still able to fight when someone gives me a new plan.

Speaking of! Someone gimme some ideas for kicking... Okay I was going to say patriarchy butt (been reading some feminist webcomics lately), but now I think it we don't know the alien's genders. Alienarchy? Exoarchy? ... Hell if I know the right word.

Ideas for the right word to use there, as well as actual plans for wrecking this conspiracy so we can go off and be superheroes are both appreciated. Thank you.

And merry whatevermas. For those of us who haven't enjoyed cooler holidays like Hanukkah recently.

Not a bad start, especially with a choice distraction.

So far, I only have holy water and a whip, and I injured myself a few different ways the last time I tried to use the latter. ...embarrassing, to say the least.

Second, I'm doing a thing with friends at my place for Christmas. Well, thinking about it, at least. I don't know how many people would be interested. But you're invited.

Thanks on the Christmas invite. It'll sure beat... Well, my foster home. They'll be glad to be free of me for some of the day.

And the aliens... Well, it appears they're aiming to invade earth, and the entire conspiracy is aimed at enabling them to do so. The police, for sure, are on their payroll... Probably these 'Blood Keys' criminals, too.

Hrm... Probably. Though a whip shouldn't be able to penetrate a typical helmet without magic or a knife taped on the end or something.
