[Pine Terraces is an objectively awful place. It's a fairly large building, but each unit is a cramped studio apartment with appliances from the 80s and 90s. L's next-door neighbor cooks kimchi at all hours, apparently, and his upstairs neighbor does something, frequently and at odd intervals, that sounds like a creative mashup of basketball and bowling.
