Who: stupid boyfriends Bertholdt Fubar and Ryan Brown
What: Christmas decoration! Talkin' 'bout Echoes.
Where: Their apartment.
When: December 1st
Warnings: sappy boyfriends, that's it.maybe body horror tho.
[Bertholdt hasn't had anyone in his apartment over Christmas since his mother had stayed with him the year his father had passed away. The idea that he would be spending it with Ryan was... exciting, but it also made him nervous. The blond also seemed much more into the idea of Christmas decorating and whatnot than he was-- most years he didn't even bother beyond the wreath the owner of the apartment complex gave each tenant for their door. So now he was looking at a few boxes of decorations-- ornaments, hanging lights, icicles..-- sitting in his living room. They'd spent the last few days after Thanksgiving at Arthur's cleaning his clutter from every room but his study and now they had room for all of the holiday festivities... and the party they were planning for the people who remembered Titans later on in the month.]
You're probably more... experienced with this than I am. So uh, whatever you say goes.

[ Ryan hands Bertholdt some more christmas lights, along with a strip of tape. ]
Just grab whatever you think looks good. We'll string the lights first, then put up ornaments! It'll be fun-- since you're so tall, we can cover the whole tree.

[He takes the mass of lights, starting to untangle them a little neater so the rope can go on the tree.]
Will the real tree last all through December though...?

[ Ryan smiles-- despite it all, they were good memories. He's always been tall, so it's not like he needed the help. ]
It should! If we take care of it-- we'll have the apartment smelling like Christmas all month.
