Yeah, there's got to be people who are just trying to 9-to-5 their way through life without realizing what their bosses are doing. We can't just paint them all with the same brush. And that's not even a "just following orders" kind of thing.

I don't know a lot about military strategy, or whatever, but it seems to me that we need to figure out who's heading the entire thing. If it's just one person or if it's a team or whatever, they're the ones who know everything that's dangerous to us. And we need to deal with them.
