Livening Up That Mall Fountain
Who: Arthur Curry and Richard Locke
Where: The mall.
When: The evening of October 1.
What: Arthur needs water and he needs water BADLY. The fountain looks good.
Warnings: Arthur's probably going to get himself kicked out of the mall in much the same way he got kicked out of the marine park.
Really, there wasn't anything at all out of the ordinary today. Arthur needed a new pair of pants, and so Arthur went to the mall in order to procure a pair of pants. Perfectly normal. He started to get quite thirsty as he was shopping. This was also perfectly normal.
What wasn't normal was the way his thirst quickly turned into something more. He needed something to drink. But he didn't see any vending machines anywhere, he was nowhere near the food court, and he still couldn't bring himself to run up to someone and outright steal their beverage.
Besides, he wanted water. This wasn't a normal thirst; he didn't even feel as though he needed to drink it. He just needed water more than he'd ever needed it before in his life...
...and so Arthur really wasn't able to control himself upon seeing that mall fountain. Mall security didn't seem too pleased with the big man who had hurled himself into the fountain, but hey, sometimes, you had to get water any way you could.
