[When the time comes for Julien to arrive, the Mayor makes sure she has pulled back some furniture to allow for some room for his wings. If she wanted to have a productive conversation with one of the numbered it wouldn't do to have him be uncomfortable.
Considering all that she had heard in the news about Locke, and the more local issues, it was a good time to investigate if there was going to be any potential problems, and take certain precautions.]
