1. shit involved with the enemy. encountering their monsters, their creepy statues, or shit they've done. protip: go hang out in the mines, i guess. fulla monsters..

2. get riled up about shit. i've noticed that they tend to happen when accompanied by strong emotion. Whatever the thing is has to parallel the life you're getting bleed from, but you also have to be... riled up. sad. mad. enraptured, whatever. it all works.
