Who: Everyone who is interested in delicious information about Thunder Corp.
Where: A meeting room in Emmanuel's church, same spot self-defense lessons are held
When: Thursday August 15th, around 5PM
What: A gathering of folks from the network to make plans and disperse information.

[Tamara had really hit paydirt when she got a hold of a particular email exchange. It had been a risky stunt on her part to infect computers at Thunder Corp but it had been worth the risk to get something this good.

Yeah, she was being a bit paranoid, but the whole comment about superpowers made her wonder just how much did they know about the people on here. The chances of a mole were small, but it was present. And like she told others, it did not good to have this information if they didn't act upon it and they would need resources and organization to do so. She didn't like speaking before large groups, but something had to be done. She had stopped by earlier to provide Emmanuel the information for anyone who couldn't make it that may show up throughout the day, then she'll show up later to give it out to the general group that was coming.]

[OOC: Going to have a few threads here. Stuff for mingling before and after the meeting and the meeting itself. Also a sign in thread so that the muns can track who was here and just note in it if they showed for the meeting or came by to get the info from Emmanuel even if they don't do anything more than get the info. The only required bit of info to give is going to be their number, names and such are optional. And since it was suggested that we get an idea of what people can contribute, that will also be included in the sign in thread.

Assume another post went up giving the time and also mentioning that Emmanuel would be around most of the day to relay information while he did paperwork so people knew when to come.]

[ but there's something about the way he reacts that has her stopping there. she watches him a moment, but he's not really looking at her anymore, he's not really involved. she didn't notice the ring, or if she did, it seemed a non-issue.

she glances aside again. is he lying? she can't really tell. ]

[ it doesn't relax her, but it puts her in a better frame of mind to listen to what needs to be said. she can just... box it up and put it aside. ]

[ his thumb fidgeting with his ring, alex thinks of the two wolves outside tyrol's gates, devouring a man. he thinks of the werewolf attack at the hour, his knowledge peripheral.

Yeah. I've had a few, but this is the first time you were in one. [ he glances askance at her, offering a weak smile. ] Sorry it's a shitty one?

[ it seems almost rhetorical- she doesn't really look like she's expecting an answer. it seems strange to think she could expect any good echoes for herself after that.

...thanks. For this. [ she's taken up the piece of paper and her pen, and she gestures briefly with the former ] Um, I... look. Here. [ she tears a piece off and writes down a number- not a phone number, but a network number. it comes to mind quickly, which is in itself unnerving. ] If you remember anything else about me. And I'll do the same?

[ talking to fish might count as a good one. neutral at worst. arthur never seems to tire of it.

reilanin handing her number to alex genuinely surprises him. hadn't she said she didn't like being accessible 24/7? then again, it's not like she'd see anything until she chose to view the network.

he certainly isn't unhappy with her choice.

taking the ripped piece of paper, he looks at it, then slips it into the pocket of his jeans, nodding. ]

Yeah, of course. [ unless it has to do with dietary habits more questionable than his own. thennnnnn maybe he'll keep it to himself... ]

[ she watches him take it and put it away, almost as though unsure he'll actually take it. looking down, she pulls her sleeve up over the heel of her hand and polishes her helmet from where she's been rubbing at it with her fingertips, her expression smoothing out some. ]

Looks almost like it's going to start soon. [ the meeting, that is. more people have come in, enough to make it seem like things will start up in a few. ] Is this a lot of people...?

[ he glances up, taking in the new bodies properly. ]

Iii...'m not sure. I don't see, uh, names or numbers or anything other than replies themselves, so I dunno how many people are actually involved. More than this, probably.

Is that so... [ from what she's already seen, there's a ton of people on the network... how many would come out to see something like this, or care? ]

...what do you think will come out of it? [ she looks at him out of the corner of her eye ] And what do you think you could do about it?
