Is there anyone not being affected by the water currently? Are there those of you out there who have managed to avoid it so far?

[A pause, then she adds.]

Forgive the interruption. I merely wish to see if you recognize any of these terms.

[The next may take up a few texts. It's all just a list of words, likely some with little meaning to the other teenager. It's all alphabetically done, appearing that she's at least given some attempt to organizing it all.]

Believe it or not, there are some people smart enough not to drink it.

Bottled water and diet soda all day every day over here.

So it is only the tap water affected then. I wonder if filtering does any good...

Not from what I've heard. The best theory I've seen on this thing is there's a chemical alteration to the water and not just an additive.

Although I have noticed that no one outside the Numbers Club was affected. Otherwise the whole city'd be laughing, right?

It's all anyone is talking about on here, anyways. Keeping away from tap water isn't the most difficult thing in the world.

One incident was enough for me, though I did attempt a few more trials to see if there was any way to filter out whatever is in it. I've been drinking bottled water ever since I finished.

The tap water in my apartment building always tastes off so I avoid drinking it anyway.

After the first laugh, I've been using bottled but it's getting ridiculous.

I have. But, uh, I'm new - and I've got bottled water, and gatorade.

I see. That must have been my error as well. I thought perhaps filtering and boiling would be enough...

Only who Riddhe Marcenas is, honestly. I know who the Zabi family is only in so far as I am concerned. And what I can infer.

[There's a pause then the next text.]

It was a long conversation. There are points I've taken from it though, however I can't say I remember any of the information myself.

[The next is a series of texts, however many it takes for all of this.]

The Federation and Neo Zeon were connected through backdoor dealings. Some of these involved myself.
The Zabi family was somehow connected to the One Year War. There were references to a speech given by a Gihren Zabi.
Gihren was apparently her uncle. Her name was Mineva Zabi.
The Vist Foundation had control of Laplace's Box, whatever it might be.
Some incident took place at a place called Industrial 7.

[She laughs a little sheepishly.]

That isn't much of a surprise by now unfortunately. Numbered people have been targeted for a while now.

Oh? Even filtered?

It's not hard to use bottled but...

[She sighs a touch.]

Things keep occurring and our worlds grow more and more limited by what these 'invaders' will let us do and not do. Or whoever is after the Numbered.

[ The more he watches the texts come through, the more it really starts to hit home. He knows this. ]

I lived on Industrial 7. That sea of lights you told me about before, like a net of stars in the sky, that was it.

It's a space colony, Audrey.

[She lets that idea sink in a moment. Of course she had known space was involved after her last memory but it had never occurred to her that the first memory she had had...]

Then that was where I fell.

[She fell. Audrey sighs out at her own mind and her own text. She sits back where she's perched currently on her bed, mulling over the words on her phone.

Whatever the incident was in Industrial 7 then... had she caused it? Had she had a hand in it? Hadn't Riddhe asked her why she had gone on her own? The words were heavy on her heart. Her family... what had been her family, shouldering the blame for a war. And her own obligation because of it.

She wasn't sure what else to say now though. Should she apologize to him for the deaths she knew must have happened thanks to her own former selves' words? If it was his home... had been his home...

Eventually she settles on:]

Riddhe was the blonde from my last memory that I asked you if you knew.

"He was calling your name until the very end. Not Mineva Zabi, he kept calling you Audrey."

[It's sobering to read the words written down again. She had stared at that sentence in the word pad document on her computer so many times, she was afraid they may lose their meeting.

It was the bold, blunt fact that this was her. It had been her. And the woman she was had been...

Zieg Zeon.]

I only became able to access this place recently. I'm trying to be careful until I know what will and won't kill me.

[You can't see it, but she's wrinkling her brow as she says this. So frustrating.]

Well, everyone's drinking the water, but only we're affected. Weird memories shouldn't change our physiologies.

I remember the name Marcenas. A Ricardo Marcenas. Not Riddhe, though. Is that what he told you?
