I swear I've been dreaming about those numbers, and--oh. Well, then. This is new. Did I turn on voice commands somehow? That would be spectacularly bizarre, given that I don't even have my microphone plugged in.
Well, it seems to be recording me somehow, and I suppose that I'm no stranger to being recorded.

Good evening, and if anyone's actually listening, I'd appreciate it if you could explain to me what you've done to my computer, or at least choose a more subtle method of listening in on me. I do rather need access to my computer. I hope you'll understand. Maybe try a hidden microphone in the bathroom? I believe that's traditional.
