I've always been bad at picking what to give up for Lent though. It's been a TV show three years in a row now, and I can't just do soda or ice cream like some people. I could, but my parents know that I'm not a big soda drinker, and I eat well and sure, getting my parents off my back isn't what this is for, but getting shit from them about it sucks. Doing the same thing this many times would feel like a cop out to them... hell, to me and God and whoever else too.

Anyone else have this problem? Just me?

Meat isn't really a big deal for me anyways though.

Still, if your family eats it enough that Fridays are a marked change, that's a thing.

Vegan equals a little too much effort. I mean, a lot of families eat that much meat though, right? It's not a huge change since we like fish anyways, we just shift our schedule around, the big thing is that you're only supposed to have one full meal on Lent.

I'm Umi, she's Fuu. There's also this ginger midget Hikaru who's the third girl, and she's got fire magic.

No one that I've seen. I guess those names are all Japanese or something.

Sounds like. "Hikaru" means "light". Or was it Hikari? It's been a long time since Japanese class.
