You know, I've never been a part of a secret society before. Never really been in the cool club at all, to be honest. Bit weird finally making the grade!

The question is, if we're all as fancy and special as everything here implies, do we get special code names and everything? You know, like proper superheroes would? Apparently there's no hazard pay involved, so some sort of perk would be great.

I draw the line at costumes. Not sure I'd look good in spandex.

Ah, fate. Tricky creature, that. If it's fate, though, it tends to be inescapable no matter how hard you try. Not much pointing avoiding it.

I think the point of fate is that you have no choice, though. That's the definition: a predetermined destiny.
