Yes. Yes, she is. The video goes wobbly for a minute as Michelle adjusts the positioning to actually show her face instead of the top of her head.]

If you're not completely bored of echo stories, I got this thing a couple weeks ago. Meant to ask about it earlier, but with one thing and another...

[She walks off camera and comes back with an unusual device. In brief, it looks like a spider made sweet, sweet love to some kind of gun and the product of their union was built by Apple.]

... and I guess Wheatley's post reminded me. Does this thing look familiar to anyone? I'm not sure what it's for, but it does this.

[She steps just out of frame, leaving a clear view of the white wall opposite her desk. How exciting. She aims, the barrel of the gun-thing just visible at the edge of the screen, and fires. With a springy "foom" noise, a cloudy blue disc about the size of a door appears on the wall. Michelle returns to her chair.]

That's all I've gotten from it so far. Useful, right? [She laughs quietly, indicating that was a joke. It's not very useful at all.] I was hoping you guys would have some input.

It'd figure, wouldn't it? A space graffiti gun, and I'm pretty sure it's broken. Best echo ever, right?

Er. When you get that pulse feeling, do you happen to have visions of yourself in a ridiculous outfit? Possibly with others just as fashion-challenged?

[Except maybe. Watch this space, that gave me an idea for an echo request]

[ Somewhat subdued: ] Oh. Well, it was a thought.

I mean, if I've had an echo, that's what it was. Nothing I could use to make a mark.

Wonder if that thing has any attachments? You know, to make different shapes.

[She doesn't quite catch what he said. These pulsecho things are distracting.]

Uh. I think I got something, when you said that about the outfits. What was that about shapes again?

[stillshrill]

[ Anders blinks. ] I was thinking along the lines of stencils, actually. So a different nozzle attachment might make a triangle instead of a circle, perhaps, or -- I don't know, perhaps like interchangeable tips for a pastry bag?

I could try sticking a stencil over the front, see if that does anything.

[She really doubts it'll do anything. But hey, does she have anything better to do with her evening? Nope.]

You should! Unless you're worried about fumes. Perhaps you ought to try it outdoors.
