[ Skyler has been out and about for a great deal of time during this Christmas holiday! Let us count the ways: ]
[ Option A: Oh Shit Let's Be Santa; or, Christmas shopping with his kid sister ]
[ THIS PROMPT IS WIDE OPEN CONTEXTUALLY! On the day of the 21st, Skyler will be walking around local shopping centers and the mall with a very cheery looking little girl, her jingle bell earrings tinkling as she turns her head and points at the next store she wants to go to, and the next, and the next. Skyler himself looks pretty harried, but allows himself to get pulled every which way, his arms slowly getting loaded down with shopping bags.
Catch him between trips resting on a bench while she traipses through the local Claire's clone, or intervene somewhere before or after he gets dragged into Build-a-Bear. IT'S UP TO YOU. THE SKY'S THE LIMIT. Hey, that stray Echo your character may get upon looking at him face to face might be enough, right? ]

[ The same as the above, but with no kid sister and totally available between the 21st through the 23rd. He will be keeping much more to himself and sticks mostly to department stores, checking his phone or brushing past in an aisle or standing in line at a register, not really looking anyone in the eye, but the Echo trigger may still apply! ]

[ Option C: Blood Key Off Duty: haha duty ]
[ This Blood Key is sitting on a bench in the bohemian district, off duty and on his phone, but the sunglasses and the hoodie are a dead giveaway. He seems to be pretty distracted and not at all interested in your character... Advance or abscond? ]

[ Ever since the encounter with the girl with the purse, Skyler's been struggling to justify the fact that... holy shit, they're actually robbing people. People who probably don't deserve it. "Everyone else deserves it if they're on our turf" tends to be the general attitude among the Keys, but... Skyler tuts to himself as he rounds the corner and sees a lone figure wandering a little too close into Key territory. He doesn't exactly see eye to eye with the Keys, but he's not about to blow his own cover either. He's going along with it. It's a struggle, but he'll get used to it, he thinks.
Which is why he goes alone to tap her on the shoulder with his pipe. He pushes a little roughly, but it's mostly just to get her attention. He coughs a little and prepares to adopt a deeper voice that he's been using for these encounters. Mostly, he's depending on his appearance to make his intentions clear. [It seems she was expecting a straight charge, because this cast isn't aimed on top of Skyler - but rather, between him and her.
This time, she's moving full tilt. She's not letting him apply that strength up close if she can - not when she's proven her point already.]

He hauls himself up to his feet, swaying... Shit. He's had an echo, and he's pretty sure that's why he's still on his feet, but he won't last long like this. His dog isn't here, but he could really use a boost right now... He looks at his own hands, thinking quickly as he jogs along as best as he can. Well... better to try it and find out then never figure it out at all.
He puts his hands out and concentrates on the green feeling he had when his dog cast the healing spell on him, muttering to himself. ]
Go. Do it. Make me better. Do the - Cure. Heal.
[ DUN DUN DUN! He ignores the empty feeling inside of himself as the green light washes around him and fades, taking off into a run after the girl, feeling a hell of a lot better. Run fast, girlie. He's coooming. ]

[As Skyler speeds up, Rita's collar is glowing again... But this time, she's recognizing... Yes, it's definitely another formula she understands now. Best to save it, though.]

[Her collar was glowing again as he closed in. This time, Britany had decided to try one last spell to get some distance. She really needed to learn more before she tried something like this again, but for now...]
Stone Blast!
[... The ground underneath Skyler suddenly shakes, as rocks and pieces of broken pavement shatter and jump up to pelt and trip him. Britany isn't even bothering to look at the results, picking up her own pace as best she can to get away.]

-- And suddenly his body whips around on its own and lands him on his feet, as though he had just jumped down from a two step landing. Whoa. He pauses for a moment, panting lightly, watching her go... Really thinking about why he's there, and what his goal was, exactly.
... He just wanted her wallet. And he was here alone. So if he never does get it... No one would ever have to know. Except the network, of course, but hey, it's not like he ever cared about what they thought of him, anyway.
And he's gotten a little something else out of the encounter, too. Hmm.
So he'll just walk over and hop onto a nearby trashcan, hitting it with his heels as he watches her retreat. ]

[That jump... Combined with the spell, Britany could only conclude this person was getting pulses. This wasn't consistent with anything she'd heard about the Blood Keys otherwise.
Worse, he was learning things from fighting her... And she wasn't getting the same from him. That left the most sensible move as...]
Maybe in a few weeks. Gotta let you catch up to me strength-wise first, right?!
