Has anyone had a closer look at those people who... zone out?

It doesn't seem to be stopping. I was thinking it's a good idea to check their vitals - heartbeat and blood pressure and all that - see if there's any change or if it might be seriously dangerous. I think they're out of it long enough for that. The main problem would be crowds, I suppose...

Then we'll know how pressing a matter it really is. Might be connected to the whole water issue. Someone said they almost started giggling like that. Best be cautious.

If there's no one who's already had a look at them, I was thinking I'd do so.
