Labor Day Barnyard Party

Who: Cinderella, Arthur, and whoever wants to party with a talking horse and a guy that loves sea life.
What: THE PARTY OF THE CENTURY
Where: Cinderella’s farm.
When: The afternoon of Saturday, August 31.
Warnings: Talking horses and Arthur being Arthur. Potentially misbehaving guests. Arthur operating a grill.


Really, Arthur is pretty pleased with the way things had turned out. It took a bit of doing to get the grill and all the other things he needed for the party over to Cinderella’s place without being seen, but he thinks everything’s turned out nicely. The barnyard is rather festively decorated with balloons and streamers, and it looks as though there will be tables of food, games to play, and music to listen to.

So why not swing on by? All the water is bottled water, and it's at least a place in which the people of the Network can relax and be themselves.

[A kerfuffle, it was. Cinderella, needless to say, kept her distance - not exactly with the means to put up an adequate fight if she'd gotten swept in!

With it quieting down and the participants attempting to air-dry themselves - Banagher included - she thinks she'll take advantage of the settling into relative relaxation. Trots over, amused whinny.] Well, that - certainly escalated quickly~!

[ Though Cinderella was a pervasive fixture on the network for sure, it still takes a moment to get his brain in gear with a chatty pony, face-to-face. But he's quick to offer a smile. ]

You're telling me! I didn't pick my battle very well, did I? [ He chuckles some. ] You didn't get caught in the crossfire, right?

[A scoffing, high "Huh~!" sound.] Of course I didn't, dear! Believe me - I'd have... stepped in. If I could. [That is she may have or may not have but wouldn't have minded the possibility. And it's hard to say if or how she would've played sides.] But, I'm not one for games that involve throwing.

One can say you - fought the good fight, darling, at least.

Just checking! I think it's bad form to pelt the host with a water balloon, that's all. Even just accidentally.

[ He's really positive this is some kind of party foul. Especially if said gracious host couldn't actually retaliate. ]
