>Audio of something that sounds like it's meant to be philosophical. Moving on.
>Audio about a missing person. ????
>Audio from someone equally confused, with crazy talk about whiteboards and user interface. Doesn't seem immediately useful.
>Video about witchcraft. ??????????
>Some sort of image. At least, she's assuming as much: she gets the number of the person posting (no usernames, Sophie guesses) but nothing else in the body, so it must be alt-tagless. And then when she fast forwards into the comments, she hears something about someone going somewhere with the poster. So it's probably some sort of invitation. Moving on.
>Her screen reader sort of hates this. Moving on.
>Okay this one translates fine. It...sounds like a high school student's journal entry. Is this some livejournal alternate??
>A video file! Sophie exits it at the mention of a stolen crayon. Journal site is looking pretty likely. A journal site full of teenagers. Her interest is waning, weird layout or no. Still, not like she has anything better to do.
>Another video, natch. ??? What is a flashback echo thingy? And laughing water? It sounds like someone who isn't a teenager. Okay, something about a gym, nothing to do with her, moving on.
>The video roll continues. Back to teenagers, and - ...surprise shankings?? What.
>Audio about the water again, what. Should she be worried about the water? Is this a conspiracy theory site?
>Another image (?) with no description, if her detective skills of "hey a number and a post" followed by "absolutely nothing read" are anything to go by. Moving on.
>Audio about numbers. Okay, that probably refers to the numbers she's been remembering and was fiddling around with immediately prior to this. Secret club??
>Text about a...talking cat.
...Okay, Sophie's trying, but absolutely none of this adds up to anything that makes remote sense and she can't find a directory or anything so she can either shut this out and go back to browsing the web where things make sense or post in the multimedia forum or whatever and see if someone can explain what the hell she's stumbled upon.
Yeah, there's no way she's not asking, this is too bizarre. ]
Okay, I give. [ You've won, guys. She's completely lost. ] What am I even listening to here? I was pretty sure it was a journal site for a few posts there, but now I'm thinking you're all either roleplaying or talking about some show or book I haven't been exposed to. [ Maybe?? All her guesses are really not working out here. Maybe she should have tried to listen to the comments on things, but none of the posts seemed that relevant to her. ]
Or if not I should apparently be very seriously concerned about surprise shankings and the water? And also should lock up my crayons, I guess. [ which is not an immediate concern but if she liked crayons maybe she'd care more. ] Not that I own any, but if I did. But the talking cat part sort of screams "hey Sophie, guess what you found? A roleplay site about talking cats" which I guess is cool and whatever but what's with the number key bullshit? That's what happened here, right? [ That's how she accessed whatever-this-is, she's pretty sure. ]
Also, you guys need to work on this site's navigation like whoa. Is a home page not a thing anymore? I thought that was pretty much always a thing. Like "hey, welcome aboard, here's what you're actually getting into here". Although the lack of any content tags or something to indicate what's going to be in whatever I open is probably a sign this place does not do things that are normally things.
...Also, if anyone's going to clear up what this is, could you do me a favor and not respond in the image spam you lot apparently like to do? [ She's referring unknowingly to handwritten replies and entries; they don't show up as readable text to her reader, and she's assuming they're pictures that aren't being registered because of a lack of tags or...something. She may sass anyone who replies in that manner.
Or if you don't want to explain what's going on, give me recs for movies or shows to watch or something so this isn't a total loss. My criteria are that they have to have explosions or something exciting happening but can't have a bunch of montages or huge music sequences with cool action shots but not a lot else because no. ...Well, if the music is really cool I guess I'll give it a pass, though. Also don't you dare rec me a romance.

I'd recommend you some things, but all I really know is music.

No sappy pop songs, got it. So what sort of stuff do you like? Club music? Dubstep? Folk? Rock? Classical? Remixes and mashups?
Or you could have some of everything instead.
[Only one of those is her. Guess which one!]
[voice]
Club music: ehhhh kind of romance-y for her tastes, but she likes the beat and the music itself. It's sort of soothing and the solo parts are cool.
Dubstep: oooooh audio effects. She loves audio effects.
Folk: Well, it's...pretty. But it's sort of too calm for her.
Rock: ALWAYS OKAY. Loud music with loud beats, what's not to like.
Classical: ...well, it's not like it harms her to listen to it, but it's just...it's like a stuffy old guy, but in music form. She clicks out pretty early in to move to the next.
Remixes and mashups: more audio effects! Actually, she's always liked remixes and mashups. They're fun to listen to.
Everything: ...ahahah what is this, she's not even sure what's coming next. It's sort of fun in a surprising sort of way. ]
I like the Club, Dubstep, Rock, and Remix. Also, the everything was fun but really rollercoaster-y, haha. Folk and Classical are just...not by style.
[ If she had to guess, she'd go with what's behind door number one. ]
[voice]
Got it. Some more recommendations then:
Rock: one, two, and three
Club and dubstep: The first and the others are more dance music but you may like them.
And a few more mashups for good measure. Oh, and maybe this one too.
Anything there you like?
[voice] lol it's nbd i've had that happen to me before, too
Okay: I like number 2 of rock the best. Especially the "Oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa" parts. And the beat, the beat of that is just really cool? The third one is second place, and the first one is sort of eh and in third place.
Clubstep wise: I like 3 2 1, in that order. [ She's not 100% on some of the words in three, honestly, it's fast, but she loves the beat and that's important to her. ]
Mashups: 3 2 1, again. And that last one is really cool! Actually, that might be the first one in this category. I like how it pulls together, anyway. ...And I recognize a lot of that, so.
